Has anyone ever been to Rush Lake Alaska for arctic char in the upper Mat-Su north of Bonnie lake
and how do you get there if so, im just curious because I don't think anyone has ever really fished there?

Rush Lake is off the Glenn HWY mile 83. It's a plane or snow machine access only. I've never fished it.

i know that fish and game stocked it with arctic char and they have been for a while so i figured I would try to find it to get away from the people

no I haven't fished ruby but it looks like one of those lakes that's pretty hard to get too I know that it is pretty hard to get to from what I here
I also know there are rainbow trout in it.

access wise this is what I found

Fly-in lake or access with ATV from Mile 66.4 Glenn Hwy by way of King River Trail and Chickaloon Trail. NOTE: Limited public access. Majority of lake shoreline is privately owned. Please respect private property.

As of a week ago, Tazlina Lake was still wide open.
