Went Slayboating w/ Jack and Stick. Water temp 52-57F. Stiff north wind. Metalized the windblown south shores and boated about 50 eyes, threw back at least a dozen in the 19" range. The perch are 12".
Strangely the boat inspectors and DOW guy said other boats all reported slow to nil results. The trawlers and knuckle-draggers all hid from the wind instead of embracing it!;D

Look at those delicious walleyes! Im not jealous at all! :o
Caught my first walleye out of my local waters (stagecoach res). Finally getting an almost fishable population in the lake! Got this 19"er from shore last week. Gonna try for em with the boat pretty soon here water is just barely 50.

Sweet! I been meaning to fish Stagecoach for eyes. Isnt there a lot of snags in that lake? Im thinking a Stagecoach/ Elkhead combo trip would be sweet-

Nice job, guys --- those look like some great eyes. I got a few from shore during some vampire shifts, but nothing worth posting.

Trolling catching mostly? Or a mixed bag?

I feel ya man. I have no patience for trolling, when my buddy did it last time, I took a nap. Woke up and fished again once he stopped trolling. I love setting the hook.
