Thanks for the update.  Low level is the new norm I guess.  Might be the first place I hit after hunting seasons are over.  All my other early season spots are currently inaccessible.

I also think they fill an upstream reservoir first, and it probably only has water in the river channel right now for most of it.

Ive walked to the inlet when it was much much lower and there is nowhere to trap any fish.

Got some exercise.  Should have brought a long rod - there were a few spots and I saw a fisherman.  Status hasn't changed from "Maybe soon".






In the last picture facing the isla, I'd guess 2-3" but didn't get out on it.  No holes that I could see.

It’s gonna be interesting to see what’s going to happen the CO bodies of water over the. Next 10 years. The last 10 were not kind at all and the influx of people fishing out there and not playing by the rules, plus the fires... I hope the reservoirs recover some day

Weather-wise Sunday appears to be the best chance for safe ice. warm this week but thur, fri, sat night good and cold.
