Not hardwater just a Simple Pic post with whatever details you choose. Mine was just the traeger smoked turkey breast recipe although I modified it to my own seasonings. It turned out great. I was skeptical as I usually do a wrap and sit period for 20-30min. But the smoke ring speaks for itself. I would recommend checking the temp on the lower portion of the breasts. Happy Thanksgiving

Smoked mine on my Camp Chef pellet grill with the Pit Boss fruit pellets. More or less followed the HeyGrillHey spatchcock turkey recipe. Brined in the World Market brine mix for about 16 hours, rinsed and dried this morning, then stuffed butter under the skin and olive oil and pepper on top. 4ish hours at 275° and it was delicious! I also made smoked gravy that was very good.

Now here's the real question - - Which stuffing do you use: bread, meat or "other" (chestnut, oyster, or one of the even more exotic ones)?

Sausage. Apple. Dried Canberries with slices of bread in my dressing.
Formed as muffins
