Leader Question??
« on: Feb 24, 2010, 05:27 PM »
I have been debating to switch my wire leaders for pike over to 20# flouro. Rather than just expierement i'd like to have some input on other experiences and if they will be able to bite me off very easy. Please let me know?!?!? ???

Better yet go to an Invisa Leader by South Bend .

Read the post "mono vs steel" that was started like 2 days ago. You'll get bit off on 20 lb.

The Invisa Leader is the best one I've found for pike .
I always take off the snap lock where you would normally put the hook and replace it with a snap ring , this will eliminate the chances of a snap opening in transport or if you hook in to a big one .
Give them a try , I think you'll like what you see .

12" - 20 lb is my leader of choice .
