I want to catch some slabs... doesn't everyone?  In your opinion which state lake has good populations?  and while we're at it... which has good populations of yellow perch?

You'll have to head towards O'Neill for perch. Crappie by David City? I couldn't say for fish over 10. Czechland has had a good population for a while, but I would head to church and start kissing up to the local farmers/farm "widders" and ask to hit their ponds, while offering to clean a mess for their freezer. I wonder if there are any Open Fields and Waters ponds up that way? (not so subtle hint).
