I called Cobles Tackle shoptoday and he said there was about 2" of ice on thursday =- all snow blew off - with the cold temps it should be ok be middle of week - might take a ride and check it tomorrow

 fished stovers today - had a dozen nice trout and one decent gill - approx 4" of ice - open water (or it lookrd like it) back toward boat launch -
