13 lb Walleye (updated with mounted pics on pg 4)

Caught this one in the UP on Christmas morning, 2 days after my 21st bday. Couldnt have asked for a much better present. Length is 33". Definitely a hawg and a new personal best for me, not sure if ill be able to top this one tho haha

nice Xmas fish!  Heck nice anytime fish for that matter     try to take the few minutes and show the fish the respect it deserves and wipe the blood off makes for a better pic

Thanks for the tip. I tried to clean off as much of the blood as i could but it kept freezing.  Its a lot better in the pic than it originally was, she was a bleeder

nice fish man.. it looks like you were in shallower water.. what was the depth of the water.. im fishing in up state ny trying to target large walleyes.. i have only caught a couple small ones.. i read in one of the articles that walleye favor water temperatures warmer than 33 degrees.. tips are always appreciated thanks

Real nice fish, that's a lot bigger then the 22" one I got last night on 2lb test line crappie fishing !
