Yes, that's exactly what they look like to me as well. I'd be curious to know if anyone has tried them. Knock-offs ain't always made the same and while only a few hundred bucks, ain't nothin worse than gettin to yer hole and yer pop up ain't no good.

Pyro- that looks like the one I bought last year from HomeDepot’s website.(YES- Home Depot has these same brands on their website)
The brand is the same. Doesn’t say if it is insulated, but mine is. I was VERY impressed with the quality! We used it on a sub-zero day for about 8 hours with a small buddy heater on low with no condensation buildup. Fabric was very good and I liked the features, especially for the $230 price! 
Like you, I was skeptical but figured at that price it was worth a try. I’m sure glad I did!
