I know ratso's are a great lure for other species of fish, but has anyone used them and had luck on them for white fish or ciscos? ???

Fishing for Lake Whitefish here in Saskatchewan I have had extremely good luck with Marmish lures, especially the "larva" ones. They bite with or without bait on them it seems, it could be because they resemble freshwater shrimp that they feed on, I'm not entirely sure.

The go to lure on Lake Simcoe is a 3 1/4" Williams Ice Jig in half & half nu-wrinkle finish. These fish average 4-5 lbs. For smaller fish the 2 1/2" size may be better.

Living proof that "beer builds better bellies"
