PA reports page locked?

 Is anyone else seeing that the Pennsylvania reports page is locked? It shows that there's new messages on there with the flag up but when I try to look there's a lock by all of them and I can't access any reports???

By the looks they all are, some want you to read How they wish you to use that page , once ice gets under way I’m sure it will be business as usual

yup. They close the reports down in the off season so they don't have to spend time moderating over there. They start up in December I think.

It seems like I'm able to look at New York in Maryland at least but not Pennsylvania
