Toston Dam

Has anyone fished at toston?
If so what do ya fish for and what do ya catch
never been there not even in the summer and might want to try in the winter first on some hard water.
I had also heard its a nice lake for some Pike anyone confirm this please

The pike are few and far between. Used to be a fair number but hardly any now. Decent walleye and trout populations, some of decent size. Ice can be very sketchy because there is a noticeable current through the reservoir. I've read about a few people who have fallen through on here. I'm always one for trying new places but I'm not sure if the risk is worth the reward in this case. Hope this helps.

the risk is not worth it at all i will stick to canyon ferry or delmo where i know the ice is thick.... unless someone has more info on thickness this year that is
