Boggey,

Nice to have finally met you. Just 2 keeper perch. We took off before dark Nice bass other than that more dinks. It was nice to have an easy drag finally. Im wondering how much longer the ice will hold. I want to see the bite turn on.

Boggey,

Are there any good marinas up there that let you pay to use the launch for the whole season? I'll never try making it across the bay in my boat again. Got caught in ten foot waves on the way in. No fun in my little bass boat. Lesson probably not learned...I seem to have been there done that in Chaumont years prior.

Boggey, Get well soon!  I also want to publicly thank you for putting me on the fish today.  You have always been so unselfish when it comes to leading your friends to a good day of fishing.

Thanks again, Big Sunny

Im planning on going out for one last trip tomorrow I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what condition GP is in.  Is the shore line still good? I have not gotten out in a few weeks.

There are a few different places on the pond to fish as well, off of the Elms golf course and down by the Wigwam

I was on the pond best day all year yesterday.  40 inch pike on a jig rod. He spooled me and I got him back. Dozen keeper perch.

Biggest pike I caught to date. Don't waste time on pictures with all the idiots on the forum running theyre mouths. He was awesome. Instead of his face I just saw his back taking up my hole on the first few glimpses. He didn't want to nose up. That made him loom enormous I was screaming haha. What a blast! There's some big fins schooling pretty hard im sure you noticed that.

Never seen the ice on the pond this late but I want to get out again. I was hand drilling 8 I need to get the 6 inch back out. I lucked out having a steel leader I was looking for fins. He almost chewed through it. I did nail a fin on a tiny tungsten. 2 lb test no leader. 26 in. awesome fight as well.  Both took more than 15 min to land. Heard the waves coming in so if it was froze over out in the channel it's definitely not anymore
