Title: Ice Conditions Ct. Valley

I went out today and found.....Forge Pd. Granby....4" ice at the ramp...Chapin Pd. Ludlow.....4" ice at the ramp. A plow was clearing the ramp at Ludlow of snow, The ice on both ponds had no snow
