old Menu and shoping list! 2009

                                    MENU    Starts on page 8
  
 Breakfeast, for Thursday, Friday, Sat.=

  Coffee, bacon, eggs,
                                      ;D


 First day, wed. arrival day=  share and meet.
                      Dinner   =  
                                       ;)

          Thursday=  breakfeast!
                          Lunch=  soups, stews, fruit, bread, coffee and snacks
                          dinner=
                                        ;D
          Friday=      breakfeast!
                          lunch=
                          dinner=  
                                         ;D
          Sat. The sampling of wild game day    
                       breakfast = sausage, steak,
                       lunch  =  burgers, sausage,
                       dinner=  wild game,


    
                        
                                          ;D
          Sunday= last day, packing=  Sunday brunch??   left overs to share before the ride home!

 How about beans and franks for one of the lunchs on a day you will be there.? Say about 1 gal. beans and 1 frank per person and corn bread. mouth is watering already!  :-*

Sounds good to me, Dad....

I'll plan to arrive early on Wednesday, so I can fish a bit before supper!
Last year I had some help with the salad stuff.  Let me know if I should
supply that as well.  I'll start up the lasagna production line a week or two
before the trip!

 Thanks Dave, for finding the menu for me. Yes, roast beef sounds better then steak for Thursday. A linguini roast sounds like fun also. I think Dave would enjoy it.  :laugh:
           Any more ideas or changes guys.?       ;)

double the size this year   I think it was all scarffed up when I went to try it!    not often someone from deep in the interior can get any seafood fresh!   takes a month before any stores get them from the dock up here!
