Oh, man... just imagine - from what the smeltshack smelled like - what that banquet hall would smell like with all those icefishermen eating that chilli...

ok now that Fool has the amount posted lets all get our tickets early so this event happens with out a hitch. 20 bucks/ a person for a great night is worth it, plus look at the door prizes that will be available, and with 70 people thats a pretty decent chance!!

we have to be one of the only states that is organized enough to be putting on an Ice shanty Banquet!! See ya all there!!

what we could really use is more door prizes leaned toward the ladies that will be attending.....gift certificates to restaraunts or certain stores come to mind, but whatever you think they'd enjoy will work.

Id love to attend but it doesnt look good wifes work commitments and raising the grandson will prevent it I hope all have fun BTW am I still entered into the skunked award and the biggest shack destroyed to get off lake lol Portables forever now lol!!!!

we'll have tons of pictures and a list of trophy and door prize winners listed in a thread on here and MFF after the event....if anyone has the equipment, we should video the entire event and make it available for those that want it....Lefty???

you video it make it mp3 or what ever format you choose I have a site that we can put it on lots of space Id love to see it

everyone's gonna have the chance to win everything......the ladies only prizes doesn't mean they won't be eligible for the rest and vice versa....if Ben's ticket gets picked for the Beauty Salon.....he'll be able use the $25 bucks towards the wax job he's been wanting

I'm really interested in this idea Mainehazmt, it would make a great keepsake. We could send a copy to Iceshanty too or make it available for him to see at least......

I assume it would have to be a digital recorder?? I'm clueless when it comes to this stuff so if anyone has any information on this, please speak up....

also....no new additions to the head count in a couple days

just got off the phone with some people i know that has sporting camps in moosehead trying to get them to donate a cabin for a weekend i will let you know when i here more
