Terry,
Those are some handsome fish!
Is that bottom one a brookie, or a splake ?
If it's a brookie, it's a hawg.  I gotta get me some like that.
Either way, good on ya' mate.  Thanks for sharing the photos.

Great fish and great surroundings.  Like to be there with you.  Won't be long in Upstate New York, it's cold now and looks like it's here to stay.

Lot's of ice everywhere in Canada it seems. I know, maybe we could trade our U.S. bretheren our cold weather if they would open the border up to our cattle and cut out the soft wood lumber import tax. :cookoo: :cookoo:

Don't forget the pork tax!  And if we could get your kind but misguided government to get rid of the $50 charge to bring a firearm over we'd really be on a roll!!!  Ahhhhhhhhhhh, wishful thinking on both of our parts.   :'(

Also, we need to get some sort of rebate for providing continental security as well.

Great looking fish!

That bottom brookie about 16-17"? He is a nice fish for sure,  a solid 2.25 lbs I'd say, or appx 1 kg. for you canadian dudes. Trout fishing sure is fun ;DKeep it up terry and get us some more pics
if anybody from michigan will help me out with the lakes and stuff up here I'd really appreciate it since I'm new to the area.

Yes he was just under 17 inches. I really like catching those blue speckled beauties. Some of us older Canucks still use lbs and inches and miles instead of kilos, centimeters, and kilometers. ;D

Don't worry about that VC. Thanks for the laugh earlier today at work. The girls were in stitches looking at your pics of our troops. Some were screeching at your avatar though.
