Not exactly fishing gear, but some may use it on there fishing adventures; looks like most places (Amazon, Cabelas, Best Buy etc) have the Gopro Hero 5 and session 5 for $100 off, including Gopro's website. Not sure if this is a Christmas sale everywhere or new price for awhile because of the 6. I don't think other models went down that much once a new version came out? And much cheaper than any black Friday deal.

  I've ordered from them without issue.  I think the issues came from the Striker ordering system, similar to the issues that Dicks Sporting Goods had.  Overtons website didn't link to the Striker inventory management system well enough, so they ended up "selling" more suits than Striker had available and had to cancel many orders when they ran a great sale.  Also, Overtons and Gander Mountain are owned by the same company, I believe.

I shopped at my local Gander for years until they closed it a few months ago. Never ordered from them or Overton's online though. The reviews I read online were pretty awful and there are a lot of them. They were for all different items too. Just makes me a bit nervous ordering from them especially for a $500 auger. But $100 off of that is a pretty hard to pass up.

Got them ordered, only to find the order cancelled. No email, what a poor service. I gave them a call and they claimed they simply take on orders and fulfill them as much as they can, when they run out of inventory they cancel the rest. I asked how come they don't use a fluid site system, no answer on that. What a joke. They offered me these at $99 instead, what do you think? Still worth it? I have a pair of winter boots from about 6 years ago that are starting to show some wear as I wear them bowhunting on cold days too....

I also got a pair of keen hiking shoes and they moved the shipping on those to April, so I am expecting that to cancel itself out too sometime in the next 3 months. I am surprised as I have never had this happen at Cabela's. I guess new ownership, or I have just always gotten lucky.
