Spots to fish in Dutchess/Ulster counties?

There are numerous lakes and ponds in that area along with some respectable lakes in Orange and Sullivan Counties.  If you have a prefered species I might be able to point you in the right directions.  PM me for more specifics and I'll do my best to help you out.
