Question about Northeast marina?

Has anyone ever tryed to ice fish this or if its allowed? not many people try to fish the lake itself i get that, very unsafe. but what about the northeast boat launch/marina? i would assume its just like the west marina on presque  isle?

Never fished northeast but have fished in walnut marina and caught steelhead thru the ice there
