That depends on the weather of course but usually, yes there normally is. I was on 6" a few years back on the 1st lake New Year's Day '08

can't do that without having a derby permit with the state and they don't issue them for laker tourneys anymore.

the bitty perch I caught was on a 1/2 oz perch colored kastmaster. Oh, my cusk was smaller.
