15.5" 1 3/4lb Crappie

I caught this crappie while me and 3 buddies were fishing Lake Champlain on 1-18-11. We caught a total of 4 pike,3 pickeral, 1 crappie.

i think i saw you guys out there that day   nice fish     we fished out from pike brook and got some crappies and small pickerals

how big is that big pike?  he looks like 2.5X the size of that big crappie! thats a 37.5 incher BIG

Fillet them like a bass and run the fillet through a grinder and mix in eggs, breadcrumbs, and whatever seasoning you fancy, make some patties, pan fry and you will be pleasantly surprised andd not have to deal with the y bones. mmmmmmmm mmmmmmm good
