Anyone know who makes this lure?

I bought it in Michigan a few years ago and the colors blue or clown work great for perch.  Am wondering who in Michigan made them.  I bought it at an ice fishing tackle show at Gibralters (?) over on the east side of Michigan.

It is cool...has a great swimming motion up and fluttering motion down.  I wish I had bought a hundred instead of 3 when I was at that ice fishing show!  Now I need to figure out how to make them!

My quess is that it is a home made lure..if you purchased if from a local Ma' and pop shop they could probably tell you who makes them..but it was probably a local guy

It was a guy in Michigan who was trying to get businesses to pick up his product.  He had cards and cards of these; he was selling them at an Ice Fishing show at that "trade center" called Gibralter (I think).  Sits along 94 south.
