Good Ice today?

Coming out of Westfield and would love to get on safe ice this afternoon.  I'm willing to drive an hour for safe ice.  I have a Cuban cigar for anyone with good intel and who wants to put me on some trout!!!

I'm on Hamilton reservoir south basin right now. 11" of ice. Edges are sketchy. Have not caught any trout but picks, bass and perch are biting.

pequot pond has ice i was there two days ago right off of boat launch access road.  I was not trying to catch trout and ended up catching 3 very health browns and you dont have to drive a hour
