This was a guy I was talking to while filling with gas, all he would say was he was having good luck on a lake north of Robinson. North of Robinson there are at least a dozen fish-able lakes.

More like two doz. Hell the silvers are technically north of Robinson. I would check east Jasper or AKA Schumacher lake. I haven't been over there in more then a month but that was the rumor lake at the start of the season.

Was at jasper earlier and the perch were good sized but had to work hard for one here one there.  Tried fretim and struck out. I'll guess woodhouse.

Woodhouse isn't north of Robinson though it's north of Tuttle and I wasn't talking Jasper I was talking about the shallow lake the runs off the east side of it. There's so many lakes in that area who knows which one is any good this year. Hell finding fish has been easy finding fish that will actually bite not so much.

Last year the big Silver Lake had a great early season perch bite. Went up there about 2 weeks late and heard all about it from a couple of guys in premies. "You should have been here a couple of weeks ago. There must have been 300 trucks on the ice." Tried 2 different days and punched a 100 holes each day but it was like the dead sea.
