First Largemouth on Ice

I know I know, I'm sure everyone by now has caught a Largie through hardwater but it was my first, very exciting moment, I was very surprised at the fight he put up comparing to other warm water species caught this winter. Oh and $8 of laker bait was caught too which is always a bonus.

 at the south west end of that lake.

Is that the same area i was in or the other end? I once caught a good fat walleye there but that was weeks ago.

We were at the opposite end by the docks and rip rap.  We were not there long then the wind chased us off.
