Delusions of Grandeur-
« on: Feb 26, 2019, 08:47 AM »
I was sick of ice fishing with little gain so I would be among the 1st to huck metal and land large finned toothy beasts. My plan had only 2 flaws-a brutal crosswind and no willing participants save yours truly- :P

Oh and I had the entire place to myself. Wonder why? ;D

This is where I started hucking:

This is where I ended hucking 2.5 hrs later:

Ouch.  Gold star for heart, however.
We're born, we live for a while, and then we die.  Sounds like a good reason to go ice fishing.

Oh, well.  It was a good idea, but looks freakin cold.

I'm struggling to get back in the ice fishing mood after where I was.  I might just hold off until more open water is available...  :P
