Got both days off from Gander Mt. Hoping ice stays stable.

Was thinking about Chatty on Friday depending on the ice situation.  Alternatively, I was thinking Aurora.

I saw guys on Bear Creek the other day...not sure how thick it is thou!

Haven't heard much about Aurora, except they are pumping water in.  Maybe Slayer knows what ice condition is out there ?
Might give Chatty a try for whatever, think there might be some gills and crappies in shallow.

I was at Atown on monday in Senac.   1" of slush/water with 4-5" of kinda soft ice underneath.    Didnt go out very far.  Im goin to crack try and get me a wally-

Looks like I will have to play plumber in the morning instead of going fishing.  Just looked outside, now think I will be a fair weather fisherman, and go to Chatty, Saturday

Talked to one that was fishing the "Brush" pile, at CC, today,  :unsure:got the skunk is what he said.  Lots of marks but no takers.

Thought there was a tournament going on at Chatfield today, must have been 20 vehicles in Catfish Flats parking lot, the ponds south were pretty busy too!  Only small perch today, but was fun.  Ice on the ponds measured 5 inches. See people out near bout ramps.
