???i have been to rivers 5 times now and not one fish tried the pipeline both wildlife docs airplane bay and the sunken island at the south end. i usally have very good luck at rivers but not this year. also went down to adam 2 weeks ago 1 small jack, next day bower all morning and nothing not a nibble. today fished little jackfish lake or jackson lake and still caught nothing. not a very good way to start the year.but talking to other people it seems the bite is slow everywhere so i dont know what the trick will be but spend enough time out there and fish hard and  remember enjoy yourself. ;)

At Rivers ive fished off the north provincial docks and also half way down the lake 100 yards from a buddies house on the east side. Ive caught a few jack and 1 walleye there so far...but the bite has been really slow.

Has anyone tried the flat about a 1000 yds north of the wildlife dock in the middle of the lake? It is about 3\4 of a mile south of the pipeline.Food for thought

I haven't heard any hot action there yet.  I haven't been there yet, but in past years down by the dam the rock bass fishing was real hot with several masters being caught.  Smaller jigs for them. Don't knw what it is like this year though

Fished off the north boat launch in the shack both Saturday & Sunday put in alot of hours!!! And didn't catch a single fish...used both frozen salted minnows and live ones. Tried it on white, black, green, jigs, also tried a spoon with minnow...no luck at all. I caught some perch and walleye during the week but nothing all weeked I was pretty disapointed.
