I took thursday and friday off so I could fish 4 days straight. Thursday was the best day but we threw everything back. Friday we kept 20 nice gills and a nice catfish. Yesterday me and my son went out for 1 1/2hr and caught 12 nice gills and kept them. We went out again this morning and caught about 40 nice gills and 1 small bass. I guess with the weather I should be happy I got out 8 days this season. There for awhile I didn't know if I was ever going to get out or not. As of today we still had 4-5" of ice but the ice close to the shore was getting weak.
