Could not agree with you more West by Virginia! I'm in Northern VA and there was a Special Weather Statement issued that warned of cold night time temperatures stating "These temperatures can lead to hypothermia on exposed skin if precautions are not taken." While I normally have to keep my joyous elation to myself! There is plenty of fodder for humor! And thanks Ice Shanty for a venue of understanding!
