A group of us from college always get together for a weekend of ice fishing. We've been going in the NW portion of the state since we all went to Stout.  We've got a few that have ended up in the St. Paul area, 1 in Chicago, and a couple in the Milwaukee area. So now, we're hoping to find a place a little more central for those who've moved.  Anyone got any good suggestions?  Would need to be a place somewhat close to a hotel or cabin rental.

I second the Petenwell/Castle Rock answer. Great bodies of water and pretty much Geographic center for you guys.
Live to fish.
