I just happened to come across this today. I will have to check it out with my son since it is about 5 minutes from our house.

The Patriot Center is nice, went there for the Wisconsin Bear Hunters Convention last spring.

Well as long as there is something about ice fishing there I will be there.

I would also like to know. Maybe head up early Saturday morning do some fishing on a smaller lake over there(should be plenty of ice by then) go to the show in the middle of the day grab a bite to eat and head back out in the afternoon. Maybe a small get together of the ice shanty members?

Well I was on the ice team website which includes Dave Genz and some other big names I looked at their events section and this is listed on it for their events so I'm guessing their going to be there. Also anyone got any ideas of a lake if we wanted to have a get together cause I would be down.

Lake Wausau is right there. Whenever I am over that way during the winter, I see people fishing it.

Does anyone know if this is happening for sure. Just dont want to get all the way up there to find and empty building.

oh yeah...tons of exhibitors lined up according to the website.....there won't be much for ice to fish lake wausau, but the show will go on.

I was planning on heading up for the St. Paul show this weekend, but my Wife has a big honey-do list. I'm tempted go anyway and just deal with the storm when I get home. Then again, perhaps I should take the path of least resistance - work on the house this weekend - and head to the Wausau show next weekend instead. Decision, decisions. Any updates on the Wausau show? Anyone been there before?

I was thinking of going, but looks like plans changed. My little brother is thinking of trying out for the predators. If he does that, I'll have to go back for another year i suppose so i can be on the team with my little brother. Decisions decisions haha

What kind of case? Scheels had/has their larger olive green rod locker on sale for $25 down from $50

Show starts today for a reminder. I'm planning on going tomorrow.

I'll be there from 2-6 today in the Ram/Brickner Family booth.

I will be going as well but I have not decided if it will be today or Sunday. I work all day tomorrow so I will not have a chance to go then. If I end up going on Sunday will I be disappointed because some of the vendors will be leaving before the show ends. I have seen this at hunting shows in the past so I would like to make sure I get there before this happens.

I've seen the same, but the upside is they usually start making great last minute deals so they don't have to haul everything back.
