artic temperture perch

Have any tips on fishing for perch when it is -15 outside? The lake is only 26 ft. at the deepest.

Still above 32* for the fish, try and work to keep warm, fish could care less if you're freezing

I have fished perch at -11 below and I fished the same way as if it was 20 above.

Last saturday I was fishing in -17 (-30 w/ windchill), my toes were frozen, but the perch were on fire!  ;D
