Title: Finally got out!
Post by: kasilofchrisn on Dec 01, 2020, 04:49 PM
Finally got out here on the Kenai peninsula.
11" of ice on Johnson lake.
I only caught 4 fish. My buddy who rarely ice fishes only caught 1.
My other buddy whom I ice fish with often put a whopping on us with 14 fish.
All in all not a bad 3 hours of afternoon fishing though.
Hope your all getting out on our Alaska lakes!

I'm hoping to get out over the Christmas break.
Super cold right now in my area but temps are going to climb nicely starting on the 23rd.

I’ll take some of that cold over the hurricane force winds we are supposed to get tonight.  I’m finally getting out this weekend for the first time, my back is feeling better so game on.

Yeah this warm weather and rain we just got is a real bummer.
Just got my snowmachines tuned up for the season as well.
Good to see you guys getting out as well.
Hopefully hit some more lakes myself next week!
