Mountain View Res
« on: Jan 24, 2011, 10:52 PM »
Last year visited Mountain View Res. for a change. Took the fish Cam and had perch on the Cam all day. That day they were biting pretty light.  Took a monster though!.  The problem is The Indian Res. only lets you fish with one pole.  They want to limit the trophy trout take.  We need to contact the tribe to request they develop a perch permit, with that no trout are allowed.

Had to figure out how to do it.

thanks zolar!
the next time I go I will try that area.  I fished around the launch ramp near the dam but only got 3 perch and 2 bows.  the perch were much more shallow then I would have expected with all of them coming in about 10 to 12 feet of water.
