Crane Falls
« on: Jan 17, 2011, 10:20 PM »
Went to Crane Falls last Thursday totally frozen over with clear ice.  Got one good bite on the "Jigger Totter" but the Ice was so clear I scared them away.  My first time walking on a window, creepy, boy were the Yak Traks needed.  This warm weather will thin it out again, but look forward to another try.

Zolar, have you ever caught anything through the ice before on Crane Falls?  I know here in the valley you just really have to watch those temps.

No, it was my first time there, next year I'll have to work it more if the ice allows.
