Any word on Yellowtail dam

Got to thinking it might be good to take a trip over to Yellowtail dam and was wondering what the ice conditions and fishing on the upper dam is like this time of year.

BRING YOUR BOAT Ive only seen the lake freeze over a couple times in my lifetime unless you go to the wyoming side or if you can get to some of the bays but I think an airboat like the ones they use in florida  ;Dto get to the bays would work great because of the canyon walls and no shoreline also with the subfreezing temps during the day and hopefully no wind (usually is ) some ICE may form  :tipup:will keep you posted

havent fished the river lately went up to the lake the other day threw a jig and fake worm no bites but I am headed to hell creek feb 6-10 saw that you guys  had a good time
