Using milwaukee charger for finder lithium battery

So like many of you I've got a Milwaukee drill (and saw, and jigsaw, and impact driver) and the charger has 18 and 12v capability, although all my tools are M18.  I've been thinking of a lithium finder battery.  Has anyone tried to kluge up a way to charge one of these using the 12 v capability of the M12/18 charger???

I use something like this, except I'm using DeWalt. Seems to work fine for me, my 5 ah battery would last all day on my Vex fl8 older non led flasher, I got a helix 7 for this year so not sure how it'll last on something like that. On top of that it also doubles as an extra battery for my auger

Be careful.   Even li iron batteries are touchy about voltage.   They also don't have the same voltage requirements as lithium ion.
