Charging lithium battery with Vexilar "quick connect"....any suggestions?

I use a Vexilar ultra pack and it has the battery compartment built inside the case.  The battery is charged using a Vexilar charger and it has a simple quick connect male/female type connection.  If I swap out the battery to a lithium and use a lithium charger (which uses post clamps) is there a way to run the lithium post clamp charger through the quick connect?  Anybody else have this set up and if so, how did you set it up?

You can clamp the charger to the posts located on the ultra pack base, otherwise you'll need to dongle an adapter to fit the 5.5x2.5mm barrel plug

Thanks Winter.  So those posts work both directions; both for powering accessories and for accepting a charge?  Never knew that.  Thanks!
