Water proofing my shelter

I have a new Shapel FX100
I would like to waterproof the fabric.
What should I use?

Disclaimer:  Waterproofing your shelter will make it less breathable which will cause more condensation to form on the inside.  I personally would never waterproof an ice fishing shelter, but I virtually never ice fish in a strong enough rain that I'd need it to be waterproof.  That may not be the case for you.

The biggest help will be from seam sealing it.

The next step would be using a fabric waterproofer.  I'd use something like this:

I waterproofed the skirting of my Shappell.  I mainly did this to minimize the skirt freezing to the hard water after a long day of fishing in brutal weather.
