Georgetown Lake info
« on: Dec 25, 2006, 02:13 PM »
Merry Christmas all. Anyone have any info on what is going on a Georgetown? Ice, fishing success, etc. I am heading within striking distance of there for a family gathering later in the week and wanted to try it out up there one of the days. Thanks. Greg

Fished G-town on December 31, 2006. Plenty of good ice with some snow and slush on top closer to the shore line. Drilled several holes heading out from shore @ Piney Point from 10-20 feet of water. Using my new christmas present (lowrance ice machine) I marked most of the fish around 18 feet. Caught a couple of trout and a few kok's.
