Pretty sure it's a Channel Cat.

Looked kind of pale to be a channel cat. Up here, they get a lot darker at that size, only small ones are pale.
We don't get blues, but I've caught them in the South, and seems like some spot in Colorado have them as well.

All the Blue cats Ive caught in Colorado are Blue in color.

Cool. The I caught seemed more grey than anything else...

"The best way to distinguish these species of catfish is by counting the number of rays on its anal fin. Blue catfish will have over 30 anal rays, while the channel cat will have less than 30. The blue catfish also has an anal fin squared off on the front edge, while the channel catfish has a rounded anal fin."
