Title: New LOTW & MN state record walleye?

A buddy of mine sent me a pic of a 36" 18 1/2 lb walleye.  It was the same walleye caught on Lake Tobin by that priest.  I was just wondering if any of you know how this rumor started, or if this priest was doing some more praying while he was fishing LOTW!
