I haven't tried the ice yet but good Sandhill ice isn't far off.

Forecast in Lincoln should make ice (slowly) after the New Year; hoping for an Arctic blast to really kick things off. Feeling cautiously optimistic...

Sadly I think that's wishful thinking around here we might get ice by the end of the month

Yeah I shouldn't have said anything, the forecast keeps heating up  :'(

Guess I'll have to head to Wyoming for ice. :/

I think in two weekends I'll be driving to SD to find ice I can't take it any longer

I live in Colorado Ive been driving 3-4 hrs 1-way for ice fishing. :P
