I have been making salami, pepperoni sticks, and jerky, just need some ice to go fish on and enjoy the snacks.

You and me both, I have Summer sausage, Trail Bologna, and Slim Jims. I also have a ton of Maple seasoned breakfast sausage for some breakfast eats.

The kids enjoy it all. My teenage boy could eat it all in a couple of days if he could get his hands on all of it.

that looks great! did you smoke it in an electric smoker? If so how do you like them? been thinking about getting one myself

I Have been using an electric one for doing this type of stuff and it has worked out. I was going to get a bigger electric one, but there was a propane one sitting next to it that I could put more in, it had adjustable shelves, and has a hanger in it for the salami. The store also had more hangers that have 12 hooks. marked on clearance for $2.78. I bought both they had. take out the shelves and these hang from the slots the shelves fit into. This one can do more of variety than the electric one, and I really liked the results. I will keep using the electric one to do fish on, but this stuff will all be done in the new propane one. It is the smoke hollow 44". I have a stick burner that I use for cooking meals.
