Is that a No-Knot clip the jig is attatched wth? If so. How do you like them?

I've used on of those fast knots for a year and a half and lost 4 lures. Fish didn't cut the line or anything the lure just came off when the fish bit. So I change back to the smallest snap I could find a 00 vmc crank bait snap and feel like my bite percent hasn't changes.
