So I know you have to have certified minnows in kansas. My question is it legal to bring my own dead minnows to tip jigs with??
Generally just use the heads. I couldn't find any information on rules of using dead bait

I would think you're good to go with dead minnows also as no chance of them reproducing even if not native to the body of water you're fishing.
