Title: Using dead minnows??
Post by: csjohanson on Dec 27, 2015, 04:57 PM
So I know you have to have certified minnows in kansas. My question is it legal to bring my own dead minnows to tip jigs with??
Generally just use the heads. I couldn't find any information on rules of using dead bait
  Thanks for any help

I beleive your good with dead ones. You can read the regs online www.kdwpt or find the link in the sticky above.

I would think you're good to go with dead minnows also as no chance of them reproducing even if not native to the body of water you're fishing.
