How to Change Username?

Saw this was brought up on the forum thread but the link to the site administrator that was posted is broken/no longer exists. Looking to change my username and having trouble finding how to do this. Anyone know of any ways to contact the site administrator to have them do this for me? Or how I can do it on my end?
